Michael Reddin, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
Michael is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adolescents, adults, and couples seeking support for a wide variety of concerns. He has experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, relationship issues, loss, and other life transitions. He has also spent time offering secular premarital counseling to couples considering marriage. In therapy, Michael strives to dive deeply into the larger fears, hurts, and dreams that underlie our immediate day-to-day concerns. He prioritizes the development of a safe and trustworthy therapeutic alliance, and works with clients to build an egalitarian relationship in the therapy space.
Michael incorporates elements of existential psychotherapy, narrative therapy, internal family systems therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and interpersonal process into his clinical work. He supports clients in identifying their own goals for therapy and fosters a sense of optimism towards the possibility for change. Michael believes strongly in the potential for all clients to create authenticity, connection, and joy in their lives.
